This week I read the novel Fing by David Williams, then for a task, I made the pet shop where Fing came from on Minecraft. It was a fun task that I really enjoyed.

Speeches

Hi, bloggers Scarlett here.

Over the last couple of weeks, my class has been creating speeches. My speech was on Organic vs GMO. I read it out loud to my home base and my teacher selected six people to read it out to my hub. me, Emerson, Izzy, Holly, Aiesha, and Neve. We had to compete against every chosen person in my hub, someone in my hub will be chosen to compete in the Belfast speech competition. I'm proud of myself, and I still will be even if I,m not pick but it would be awesome to be chosen. I give credit to my mum for helping me along the way.

Me and my friends made this animation for inquiry, our inquiry was about the different types of bugs that people can - or like to eat. We found out that bugs give you lots of nutrients and protein. 

It was fun making it. Have you ever eaten a bug?

Preservation Animation

Last week in literacy, I made this animation on how to preserve food. At the end of this animation, I was joking around a bit and made the food fly. I have cute characters Elsindora and Jack. I also have food that wants to be eaten. But most of all it was fun creating the animation. I really hope you like it. How long has mum had most of the food for? How long can you keep an unopened packet of pickles last for?
