Astounding Area

Hi there bloggers Scarlett here,
In maths this week, I learnt about area. My maths teacher cut out rectangles for us to find the area of, we also watched a video on how to work out the area. Then we started to make slides. I made one on how to find the area of a Equilateral Triangle (an Equilateral Triangle has even sides). I really enjoyed making a slide. Amazing Ed Sheeran

In literacy our group read articles and answered questions. Then we got to chose a famous music artist I chose Ed Sheeran, it was interesting.  I learnt the meaning behind Small Bump (one of Ed Sheeran's songs) and I found 5 fun facts about Ed Sheeran. Amazing Measurement

In maths I made a measurement video for 5-7 year old's It took me 10 times to get the screencastify right .It was fun making the screencarstify? 

It was so fun that I would love to do it again.

in the school  holidays it was ANZAC DAY. On Monday in literacy we started an ANZAC slide . It was interesting, my favourite activity was word art. I also read two stories, did poppy art, and created a piskel. On the last slide are ANZAC facts I found. Did you know ANZAC Day wasn’t claimed a public holiday in Australia or New Zealand until 1921?
